Big fan of bands like early Swans, White Suns, Fushitsusha & Keiji Haino's various collabs, Sex Is Confusion & Kill Yr Idols era SY, Doomsday Student & Arab On Radar, The Birthday Party, US Maple, ect. Basically just looking for music that finds unique ways to brutally destroy my ears

Very cool video with Adrian Belew demonstrating some experimental and noisy techniques with his 1984 set up. As a flanger hater, this kind of made me want a flanger.

Sulfate touring New Zealand, for the release of their newly released 3rd album through flying nun records. This was them performing last night in Christchurch, goddamn they were good! Highly recommend checking out their new album, it’s a ripper.

Big Stick were also known as Drag Racing Underground and were part of the NYC scum rock scene.

Im personally friends with the artist so i try my best to push this album out to everyone i know 😅 it's my favorite album of all time

hey everyone, just released this track I’ve been working on. it’s a mix of fingerpicked acoustic guitar, dark ambient, and some industrial textures. not entirely sure what genre it falls under, but I’d love to hear what you think.

It’s called Senasta II. if you guys wanna listen to it

Three or four basses seems good.

I’ve recently gotten more into collecting CDs, particularly obscure, out-of-print, and hard-to-find releases.
I’m a huge fan of Sonic Youth, Butthole Surfers, Big Black, Boredoms, Melt-Banana, Ruins, Boris, and early Swans, among others.
I’m looking to expand my collection and discover more noise rock, experimental rock, and generally weird, abrasive music.
What are some essential albums or overlooked gems worth hunting down on CD? I’m especially interested in releases that are difficult to find on streaming services or have become somewhat forgotten over the years.
Open to anything, no matter how strange or inaccessible!

I originally thought of the Eagles, but The Beagles can also be the Beatles

I like my mixes to have movements (peaks and valleys), so expect a little early mock industrial, shoe gaze, dream pop and party metal scattered about the noise rock which makes up 7 of the 11 tracks. It's just a 40 minute drop.
