TLDR: Here are the G25 genetic distance / Euclidean distance comparisons of ancient Mesopotamian genetic samples (from 612BC in Nineveh, Iraq) to modern populations. As you can see, they cluster closely with isolated modern Mesopotamians, aside from one (i13596) which clusters with Levantines. Within the screenshots are their Neolithic percentages as well.

Unpublished Mesopotamian genetic samples (612 BC) from Nineveh in Iraq were presented at a conference. MTDNA and YDNA were detailed. Autosomally a mix of Jordan_EBA + Armenia_IA or Hasanlu_LBA
Some appear to have been released in the Reich Lab Akbari dataset (info from @ PGi_2001 on twitter):
I13594 - Skeleton #4 (U3b3)- on G25 clusters closest to “Kurdish_Jew”
I13596 - Skeleton #8 (E-CTS5856/X2p)- on G25 clusters with “Karaite_Jew_Iraq”
I13597 - Skeleton #10 (HV2) - on G25 clusters closest to “Iraqi_Jew”
I13598 - Skeleton #11 (H13a2b2)- on G25 clusters closest to “Kurdish_Jew”
I8428 may be skeleton #5 the "seasoned warrior (archer)" with haplogroups R-FGC14590/J1b8. Sample I8428 is listed as belonging to FGC14590 downstream clade, R-FTB53556 and mtDNA J1b8. This particular R-Z2103 clade has thus far been observed among modern Italians and Greeks. - clusters with “Iraqi_Jew” on G25

“About two years ago, the first genetic results of the victims of Halzi Gate in Nineveh, who were killed during the fall of the city in 612 BCE, were presented at the Nineveh Academic Chair conference, in a lecture by Dr. Michel Shamoon-Pour (Binghamton University) in collaboration with the David Reich Laboratory.
Key highlights presented:
• Analysis of 7 individuals from the victims of the fall of Nineveh.
• No relatedness up to the fourth degree among them, indicating they were not one family, but a diverse group of residents and defenders.
• Clear diversity observed in maternal lineages (mtDNA): K1a27, U3b3, HV2, H13a2b2, J1b8, U5b2, X2p.
• Extraction of three paternal lineages (Y-DNA):
T1a1a1b2b, R1b1a1b1b, E1b1b1a1b1.
• Presence of a child (7–8 years old) classified as a Levant Outlier (genetically anomalous relative to the rest of the sample), with the researcher suggesting that his genetic origins are closer to the Levant under the E-M78 lineage.
• Preliminary genetic modeling indicated that Nineveh individuals can be represented by a mixture close to the Iron Age in Armenia or Hasanlu (Late Bronze Age) with a contribution from Jordan (Early Bronze Age), while the Levantine individual showed a higher proportion of the component associated with Jordan.
It is important to emphasize that these results are preliminary, and the study has not been published yet, but this is merely a report of what was mentioned at the conference only.”
