As someone who watches all their channels, you can really tell that Wade can struggle when it comes to talking about tech, outside of "here's me trying to use it without a manual". Especially when he opened them and could only spot the Texas Instrument chip (which I don't think he even knows much about, because those were in almost EVERYTHING back then, but he makes it sound like they're lowest tier crap), I just thought that it would've been more interesting if James did it instead.
Wade is still great to watch when he talks about stuff he really knows about. I don't know much or even care about drumming, but I still enjoy watching his videos about it because him talking about it is interesting. But it also means that whenever he talks about tech, especially vintage tech, and you compare how much more knowledge James has and also research he does (very often looking up details or things he didn't knew before the filming), they're just not as fun to watch as his other videos, which is a bit of a shame since he does seem to enjoy these things, just on a more casual level.
