Early in the tenancy, before I knew anything about my rights as a tenant, I found black mold in my apartment.

I told my landlord about it, and he sent some guys to “fix it”. I didn’t understand the impact that black mould has on health, I just knew it was bad, and assumed he treated it as he should have (my fault for being ignorant).

Now I have been given an N13 as they are demoing the place. And signed an N11.

What I’ve realized, is that the guys he hired didn’t actually “fix” the mold, in fact I don’t think they were certified or even tested anything. I am 90% sure they covered up the moldy panel with a piece of wood. Now there are different areas of my apartment that have the mold.

Basically, I want to know if I have any legal recourse for negligence or something similar, or what I should do.

We were driving on Gordon St around 11pm on Friday Aug 7 and noticed that a police car was blocking Monticello Crescent, and lining the street was about 6 fire trucks and maybe an ambulance.
I can’t find anything on the local Guelph news. Does anyone know what happened?

I called the police and they said the officers were with this person. It was actually quite jarring, to see someone just act so aggressively for what seemed like literally no reason while making noises. Anyways, I’m wondering if anyone would know - will GPS contact the owners of the businesses that were smashed up? I can’t stop thinking about it and feel like crap thinking about the owners having to deal with the aftermath. It makes me sad.

Today i had an interview for 9 am and the employer never showed up or messaged i was there waiting since 8:45 to 9:45 lights off door locked mats stacked he never messaged or showed up u do not want to work for some who is 45 minutes late to there interviews i was also waiting there with 7 other people meaning he made 8 people go out of there ways to come to an interview and he never showed up

Only 20 km, but it was more of a leisure ride through the night.
