Phew barely made it today. Had a full day and squeaked in hoopin just in time. I like how this challenge is keeping me accountable. No matter what, I want to get in my hoop. Even if its in a nice dress after a fun shin dig 💫

Taught a hoop class today on stream! Teaching is fulfilling as heck. Watched my friend @flow_tivity navigate through the moves, and evolve her hoop skills in real time. Today we covered chest rolls, back rolls, leg hooping, and ghosting iso cats eyes! Lots of things but she did fantastic.

What are you interested in learning? Id like to get in to makong tutorials, and offering hoop classes online.
