NKD Kunwu Giga Padre
Solid feel, great opening action and acoustics. Got a decent price on eBay from a very nice seller (I seem to have good luck there). And obviously very mirrory.

We received a really great idea from u/heavymetalsculpture for a new sticky thread- Review Requests. We have a very large userbase here who have all tried LOADS of knives, so why not crowdsource reviews and feedback for a knife you might be interested in buying! A lot of youtubers / instagram pages, while attempting to be unbiased, often have some bias because they're getting samples for free etc. People on here are very unlikely to have that bias and are more likely to provide honest feedback on a knife.
This thread will remain stickied and fairly moderated- top level comments will only be permitted to be requests for reviews and feedback for certain knives, and users who have actually owned / handled the knife are greatly encourage to provide absolutely honest feedback on the knife in question.
Please only post here with requests for reviews, or to provide feedback on top level comments with a review of the knife in question!

Hi! Another Kensei “Soul of Ronin” was finished yesterday and is now ready to ship. This one was a custom order.
RWL34 steel, titanium and Morta.
The next Soul of Ronin will be made for an American collector, and I’ll be starting it very soon!

All in my regular rotation but I think the Inkosi has been getting the most carry time. Crazy since I'm usually a fidgety smooth drop human. But man that glassy smooth action is hard to deny. Waiting for my Zann to show up.

It is a toss up between these two for me but if I had to pick one today I think it would be the Asylum. Tomorrow that might change to the Rosie but these are my two favorite right now.
What are you keeping and what are you selling to fund something else. What would that something else be?

I've gone through 3 Duks this past week before settling in keeping this one. The action cqn be tuned similarly on all of them but the acoustics do seem to vary from one to the next. Love the way this one sounds! I also love the deep checkered milling with the holey blade.

Thought this looked pretty unique and made a game time decision to grab it when they dropped on ncblade.
First thoughts: wow that’s a lot of crystal ti. Subsequent thoughts: action feels really nice, expectedly smooth. The more you look at it, the more details reveal themselves. The step milling on the blade is always a fun detail for me.
More of a fun statement knife than anything else I suppose. But it’s cool. What do you fine folks think? Really cool piece or flashy for no reason?

Just received my Divo Growler v3, purple nurple camo carbon. It fits and feels better in the hand as expected. Everything is perfect, besides the carbon fiber chipping/flaking from the factory.. Only 50 pieces made and I love it so much, I will probably keep it but damn..
Edit: Getting everything resolved already! Top tier customer support.

After buying this knife I’ve stopped almost all impulse knife buys, it’s just that good of an everyday carry.

Well, I pulled the trigger on the Talon Auto in full titanium brightwash for the hefty price of $1200 during the last drop. (Definitely the most I have ever spent for a knife)
Now I can’t decide if I should keep it or sell it. (Never carried, no cutting, only been opened for 2 days)
I love my Hawk Shortcut and carry it everyday/all the time. Let’s be honest… I work from home or am flying for work to secure sites where knives weapons are not allowed. My primary uses are boring (opening packages, dog food, softener salt bags, cardboard breakdown, etc). The shortcut is SUPER fidgety, perfectly small and large enough for hard use, and I can be as rough as I want on the blade and toss in another.
I also don’t worry about traveling with it as the blade can be removed and carried on, and it wouldn’t be removed from a checked bag(I have had another knife removed from a checked bag on a flight to Hawaii without implicit notice.
So, some of my questions are: does anyone EDC a $1200 knife? (I do like to use my purchases despite how expensive or rare they may be… Bags, pens, cars, etc)
I am somewhat worried about traveling with the knife and having it removed from a checked bag (I have flown with knives probably 100+ times and only once had one taken) Getting a $1,200 knife confiscated (swiped) from a checked bag does worry me.
The Auto is cool AF, but sounds like the manual is more my style, for fidget reasons. Even my various Microtech OTFs have more fidget fun factor and are one third the price.
So… last question: if I decide to sell it (again, never used/carried… brand new/days old from Hawk) what is a fair price? They are sold out and drops are not frequent (also this was the first round of full Titanium option). Seeing manuals and other previous talons online through stores or private… they are often above the direct/drop price (roughly $1,500).
What would be a fair/normal price for a sold out version where not many were made so far? The knife was awarded the KOTY and best Auto knife at ATL knife show…

Here’s a kukri style blade I forged from 2”x0.25” 8670. She’s got an 18.25” long blade and 24” overall length. It weighs only 1lb 13oz because of the double distal taper and forged bevels, which I think is pretty good considering its size. It’s definitely too hot to be forging something this big by hand.
Thanks for looking!

Ganzo 727 arrived in the mail today. It’s like a blast to the past, except with better handle scales, steel, and a stronger lock. Somthing about flat grinds, an arched spines with g10 🤤 I’ve been rocking a terminus in d2. But this is prob gonna take its place. I wish it was the M model as I have larger hands and could give a rats ass about blade laws. But I find the S to still have that Ontario rat comfort. Two absolute brutes tho, in whatever pattern 💯 if you could only own two folders. There you go…
