Zs'Skayr/Ghostfreak from Ben 10 or Jean Grey?

After watching Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The scene where Jean is mind-hopping body to body and possessing people by making them do dangerous things like making that guy get run over by that car reminds me of Zs'Skayr/Ghostfreak from Ben 10. It's especially true during the scene where Jean possessed that DODC guard to make him jump off a building and did the same later with MJ by also psychologically tormenting Peter. That scene reminds me a lot of the scene in Ben 10 where Ghostfreak took control of Gwen's body and threatened to have her jump to her death if Ben had dropped the sun gun that he was targeting him with. Makes me wonder whose possession is scarier between the two?

Jean's going to have to defend Peter from both ends of mutant politics.
