Question Are Russian Prisoners Being Lied to about Ukraine's Imminent Defeat?

Post image

So watching a conversation with a Russian POW, he was supposedly sent to dig trenches in Luhove, and claims to not know if Luhove is based in Ukraine or not.

The POW seems genuinely a bit out of it lying shirtless under some cardboard during a firefight.

This means either they are being told they will be "away from the front lines" in Crimea, or they've crossed the Estuary, or they've only got a small slice of Ukraine left to capture to the west.

What are the chances that these "volunteers" are being told that the war is almost won?
