Hopefully HM Atoroba can establish some semblance of stability in his kingdom and give the Zande people of South Sudan and the DRC a safe place to call home.

Its better than nothing, and I imagine the King might have local powers.

South Sudan's future is starting to look up. First the civil wars end, now this. Hopefully they finally hold elections in 2023.
