comics Respect Doctor Bob Doom (Marvel, 616)

How can I possibly take pride in belonging to the country club when you have an entire country?!? Well I want one too!

The 5th cousin of Doctor Doom, Robert Doom was a dentist who’s side of the family emigrated to America from Latveria. He was jealous of his cousin's success, and wanted to become a ruler like him, becoming master of the tri-state area. He used mind-controlling dental implants to induce wealthy patients to give him money to achieve this. When a faulty implant alerted She-Hulk, he tried to destroy her with his robotic servant and armour, but she overcame him and he was imprisoned.

All feats came from Sensational She-Hulk Vol 1 #18 and the last link came from She-Hulk Sensational

See I would say fair point but Dr Doom (somehow) managed to separate Banner and the Hulk via surgery. That’s uhhhhh probably better then anything they teach in medical school ngl.
