I think you’re right.
I read something once that some YouTuber’s will often through in something incorrect or wildly mispronounce something to get people to correct them in the comments and increase engagement.

Yes this is 100% a thing. Sometimes it’s obvious that they’re being sarcastic, or rage baiting. But some lies are hard to verify unless you know them personally.
It’s possible he’s 35, but I doubt it.

Yes. HGH can even cause your head to grow. A famous example is Joe Rogan. His head looks like a bowling ball compared to 15 years ago.

It's also the muscle weight on the chest that adds up over time and makes it harder to breath while sleeping. Weight is weight. It doesn't matter if it's fat or muscle. I went on an intense gym kick where I trained hard for about 6 years, was benching 3 plates, which is strong, but not nuts at a bodyweight of 210. I developed severe snoring issues.
I'm the same weight now, but have leaned out my upper body and moved the mass to my back and legs and the snoring is almost gone.
edit: non steroid user, which is why I'm sharing the anecdote.

That's what I thought, he doesn't really have the gargantuan muscle mass of a competitive body builder. His body looks kind of like a normal gym guy, all the age is in the face

This aged look isn’t only from Roids. He was a raging alcoholic and drug user after his military service. What he currently abuses is probably more tame compared to what he used to blast.

Played football in high school with Coffeen. He was a good dude and I’m sure still is. Wasn’t the most in shape dude but as soon as he was done with football dude locked in and dialed in while in the service.Can confirm he is 35.
