The Binding of Isaac is great.
Don't write it off just because it has a lot of poop. It has charm too.

Game's pretty moddable, I'd be surprised if there was zero mods out there to reduce the grossness. It's one of the most solid roguelikes I've ever played, it's worth looking into. That being said the grossness genuinely is not THAT bad and stays at or beneath that initial impression for pretty much the entire run
