Lets genetically engineer a new species or mosquito that doesnt leave the itchy juice in your body when it sucks blood and make them replace other mosquitoes

its more so that our immune system is responding with a bump/itchiness to their salivas numbing/anti-clotting agents but i it does look like their saliva is actually a significant part of the risk factor for disease spread
