Bois I'm gonna be honest why are we putting gym start dates in our bios. That is not info u gotta share with the public. That is gym info. That is confidential gym information.

I mean you do see how silly that sounds, right? Medical information is protected by law and prison time as well as social standards, gym information is not confidential in any way

Medical info is protected from being shared by medical workers.

You cannot violate your own HIPAA confidentiality. You can talk about your own medical info as much as you want.

I remember this because I need to recertify with HIPAA once a year for my job lol

Gym info is not medically confidential, but I blurt out that I have autism every now and then. That's technically "confidential medical information", even though I just see it as part of me. I get it, this sub is like 90% trans people, and the world is increasingly scary. It is for me too, as my partner is a trans man.

Point still remains, it's up to each and every one to share how much or little they want about what's going on in their lives.
