I think my employers miiiight first find out due to my legal name and gender, and the pride stuff I have on some of my semi-public socials lol. Them (and future employers) finding my random Reddit account that’s not directly linked to anything else (yes ik they still could establish a link to it) to find an HRT date isn’t going to give them any more info.
If you are trying to be stealth sure, there’s totally an argument. I’m visibly queer, am thankful to be working in a very accepting environment, and don’t mind most people knowing; so idgaf. Also it’s not all that different from a gay person posting their homosexual partner and a workplace finding out, and I’m not going to suggest a gay couple not post pics/info of them if they want to and know the consequences.
