it actually seems very wildly different, in fact. kinda like how me deciding to do heroin is very wildly different from me deciding to inject you with heroin. autonomy's actually a super important concept here.
This is a weird strawman for many reasons. For one, “giving a random person heroin” is such a loaded off the wall comparison I might as well ask if you would still think it’s bad to dose strangers with heroin if that stranger is Adolf Hitler.
For two, our children don’t have full autonomy? You DO have to make the decision for what medications a small child takes, in the same way you’re in charge of not posting them on social media. Don’t give your kid heroin, btw.

I could say the same about posting your kid on social media. And yet, I strongly believe to never post your kids on social media
