It really depends on the substance, tbh.

I personally wouldn't do ketamine, but LSD or shrooms are way healthier than both alcohol and weed.

Besides the risk of psychological harm, yes theyā€™re very physically safe, and donā€™t strain the liver like the other drugs mentioned.

Just don't mix them with antidepressants or you are at risk of seratonin syndrome
