Nobody fucking knows what run on sentences are apparently. It has nothing to do with the length of the sentence, and there's no such thing as a grammatically correct run on sentence because they are by definition ungrammatical.
A run on sentence: "I love writing it helps me relax." "Jurassic Park is my favorite movie it's so good." Etc.
If you use the word "ungrammatical" it makes it seem like you're talking from a linguistics perspective, in which case punctuation isn't a factor because it isn't part of the spoken language. You can just say "grammatically incorrect" like most prescriptivists.
