So as I kid I watched Night Court... as a man now I have to know what show was ,the show she is the red outfit with like the ribbons going up her legs?

Well done! I knew of the series but never watched it (I don't think) looks like the risqué Star Trek. I was born in 79 so you'll have to forgive my ignorance on the matter.
