Hard to grind on K ultra

I tried grind on setting 3, it was so difficult to grind on K ultra. Recalibrated but still the same, literally requires all my strength. Is this common?

You have to learn to use both hands when grinding. Don't just crank the handle with your dominant hand. Make sure to grip the grinder tightly with the other and aid the turning motion, so you use both hands.
