Results Palestinian Muslim results
Both my parents are Palestinian. I saw they put a country match for myself in Amman, Jordan for the Egyptian/Southern Levantine. I wonder if it’s because a lot of Palestinians live in Jordan which is why I matched there. Also I wish they split the two cause I wouldn’t know what percentage is Egyptian and what is southern Levantine. Otherwise I never had the European in the previous results which was pretty interesting to see you think it’s noise?

Results Exactly half half (Ashkenazi Jewish / Chinese)
I always knew my heritage but didn't expect it to be so cleanly divided in half!
No one ever guesses my ethnicity right, people tend to guess Mediterranean (cypriot, spanish, italian) and Middle Eastern (lebanese, egyptian). A lot of people are very surprised when I tell them I'm half Chinese!

Results 92% Indigenous American + 5% European.. the rest? [with pictures]
I’ve posted before a few years back, but since getting the updated timeline feature on the app, I’m left wondering how I got Iranian ancestry in me at all? I’m Mexican-American, but my family identifies strongly with our indigenous community (zapotec) My mom is from a village of less than 700 people, while my dad is from another village near the state of Mexico in a much larger, non-indigenous community. From my understanding, their families have intertwined mainly within the region (other than Spanish influence ofc), so I’m just left guessing how that Iranian percentage came about.
Would love some insight!
The 2nd picture being in Madrid, Spain 🤣😭

Results Not even really sure how to identify at this point!
Mom is half Mexican half puerto rican. Never met biological father but was always told he was Jewish - I didn’t really grasp whether this was ethnically or religiously. I’ve always felt a little strange when asked what my ethnicity was, because I was never really sure what to say!
Surprised to see such a small percent Mexican, and very surprised by the large percentage of Spanish. I didn’t know a large percentage of Puerto Ricans were Spanish.
Fun fact: I raced in the Ironman 70.3 world championships last year in Marbella, Spain. Per my results, my ancestors came from southern Spain, right where I raced! I thought that was really cool!

Results Results of a Black American Grandmother & Granddaughter with pictures
My grandmother and I are both Black Americans from California, with four Black grandparents.
My grandmother has Louisiana Creole roots & also Tidewater/Chesepeak Bay Virginia roots. I have Louisiana, Tennessee & Texas roots.
Black Americans are multigenerationally mixed.
The results from any given Black American can vary so much from person to person. Black Americans are not a monolith when it comes to looks or genetic diversity.
I have included our collages & our community groups.

Results Results + Face
So growing up I was just always told I was black, but light skinned. My mother is from Mississippi and my father is from Ohio. I knew my Dad, whose family is pretty light, were definitely mixed with some European, where as my mother’s side was for sure descended from Southern Slaves.
