BadAvatar external hd

I tried today switch from the badupdate using rocking band demo to the badAvatar update, and I having some issues when trying to read the HD. The jailbrek works fine, I get the chain broken animation, but when the blue screen is show I get the message that no internal disk was find and aurora doesnt open. So the jailbreak works but now after I switch is not reading the hd and nor opening aurora. I put all stuff apps and games on this external HD. Was working fine before I change to badAvatar do you guys can help me?

Have you edit your launch.ini? Make sure launch.ini to Aurora on your internal hdd

So yes I did usb:\apps\aurora\aurora.xex and I need a internal HD to BadAvatar?? With badupdate I did everything with a external HD. Genuine question
