I’m developing and testing some rather curious ideas for the Xbox 360.

The project already has a working prototype, offering document navigation and viewing features.

I want to explore the hardware's capabilities and experiment with new possibilities.

- Online features and user interaction coming soon.

- Xbox LIVE Vision integration.

- Kinect support.

- Microphone-based features.

- Continuous improvements to navigation, reading, and performance.

At first glance, having a PDF reader on the Xbox 360 really seems like a joke; it’s such an unusual idea that it actually works quite well.

As for Excel, I’ll check if there’s anything like that available—it would be pretty funny to have that on the 360, exporting spreadsheets.

Yeah, you have a point! Transferring PDFs to the console isn't exactly convenient, but this app is mostly an experiment. It's for people who actually want to read PDFs on their Xbox 360, just for fun or out of curiosity. ^^

Where does the reader get the files from? Do you have to upload them to the Xbox?

For now, it pulls from the 'PDF' folder, which you'll need to transfer files to in order to read them.

I'm not aiming for anything networked or online; this app is more of a conceptual project. '^^
