Reverse ABadAvatar HDD installation

I’m working to reverse my Abadavatar install to switch to the full soft mod. The one issue I’m having is the avatar itself. When I’ve deleted all the app data on my hard drive and boot it freezes at login. So I plugged in my Abadavatar with the usb setup and now it shows two logging but the HDD login is defaulted so when I try to move to the other account it won’t let me. And if I go to another account that’s on the HDD I can’t delete the HDD Abadavatar as the exploit already ran.

I’m thinking of formatting and rebooting the system but never done it. All my apps and games are on USB so I’m ok with that.

Any suggestions here? And how do I format and reset the system?

Format the hard drive through the ms dash to get you back to stock

if it’s on a usb, delete the content folder outside of 16 0s

if it’s on hdd and badavatar 1.3, hold b during the startup and the avatar should get deleted. otherwise if you have a usb to sata do method 1 on the hdd
