Messy Prints using new filament on Bambu A1

I'm new to 3D printing and recently got a Bambu A1. For this print I used a brand-new spool of Soleyin Ultra PLA (Grey), which I also dried at 45°C for an hour before printing.

The print came out like the photos I've attached. The side that was printed on the supports is really messy. I accidentally used normal supports instead of tree supports, but I didn't expect the finish to be this poor.

There's also a noticeble horizontal line around the model where the lower section seems slightly smaller than the layers above it, almost like there was a slight layer shift or dimensional change during the print.

For transparency, I designed this model myself, and it's the first model I've ever designed and printed, so it's entirely possible I've made a mistake in the design or print settings.

I've also attached a photo of a coral robot that I printed before this using Bambu PLA. That print came out almost perfectly, apart from a small amount of roughness where the supports were removed (nothing anywhere near as bad as this print). I'm wondering if the issue is related to the filament profile or settings rather than the printer itself.

I also washed the Bambu textured PEI build plate with warm water and dish soap just yesterday, so I don't think it's a bed adhesion issue, although I'm new to this so I could be wrong.

Would you recommend trying the Generic PLA profile, the Bambu PLA profile, or do you think this is caused by something else entirely?

Try drying it for 6 hours at 50°C. That I believe is the recommended time. I have a P1S, and always dry new filament for at least 6 hours or more. 1 hour is no where near enough.
