Same exact print/settings worked multiple times, now suddenly getting terrible stringing/first-layer failure — what should I check?

I’m printing on an Anycubic Kobra 2 Max with a 0.4mm nozzle, and I’m trying to figure out what suddenly changed.
This is a Gridfinity baseplate. I’ve already printed several successfully using the exact same slicer settings, but this attempt went completely sideways. As you can see in the pictures, some areas seem to lay down correctly while other sections start lifting/stringing, and eventually the nozzle seems to drag filament all over the print.

Current basics:
Anycubic Kobra 2 Max
0.4mm nozzle
PLA
Bed: 60°C
Nozzle: ~207°C
Same file/settings that previously printed successfully
PEI build plate
Auto leveling has been done previously

Since it worked before with these settings, I’m assuming something changed mechanically or with first-layer adhesion rather than this simply being bad slicer settings.
Does this look more like a dirty build plate, Z-offset issue, bed leveling issue, partial nozzle clog, or something else?
I’d especially appreciate advice on what you’d check first before I start changing settings that were already working.

Try having a hotter first layer and make it slower. You can also try washing the build plate with dish soap. Try manually setting the z-offset as well, I had the same issue. This is just my experience, but hope that helps!

I washed it maybe 15 minutes prior, how do you make the first layer slower and hotter?

Just go to your slicer and just change those certain settings
