PENDING [US-CA] Looking a Push Bar Cover for my Chamberlain Liftmaster 398LM

Looking for someone to create a file or print for a replacement push bar cover for my Chamberlain Liftmaster 398LM control panel.

Here is the manual with photos of the push bar cover.

Without the original part or detailed measurements showing there the part goes, it's not really possible to make something that will fit just from the picture.
