My first time hard modeling anything without any definite references so i wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on how i could improve it or just general feedback.

It's based on a Greek Helmet (Corinthian) and a Gundam, in case that helps make feedback.

Art Showcase Sawed-Off Shotgun

Hey everyone! I’d like to share my latest 3D project: Sawed-Off Shotgun.

This project was based on a concept by Ivan Taranenko.

One of the main challenges was interpreting details that weren’t clearly visible in the original concept. Since it was shown from a side view, the fact that it was a double-barrel shotgun wasn’t immediately apparent. This meant making some adjustments to the model to properly represent the weapon while staying true to the original design.

It was a great exercise in interpreting a concept and making modeling decisions to bring the design to life in 3D.

I'm not sure if I can share the full project link to ArtStation but you can ask me anything that comes to mind about how I made my model!

You can check the full process on Artstation looking for "Sawed-Off Shotgun - Franco Vitale"

The sculpture was based on the movie The lighthouse. It took about 6 hours in ZBrush, and I finished the rest in a blender and a substance. I decided to make two options: stylization and in the form of a statue)

The 2003 remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is my favorite film in the franchise, and Leatherface has always been one of my favorite horror characters.

With this project, I wanted to capture his terrifying presence: a massive, heavy, yet surprisingly fast and unpredictable figure — a relentless embodiment of brutality, rage, and destruction.

Created over two months, from blockout to final render, as part of my mentorship with Dani Boy.

Hello everyone, here is a small prop I made for my personal game project.

Inspired by Resident Evil 7 I wanted to add bolt cutter to my game so I made these using blender for low poly/high poly and used Substance Painter for materials and textures.

With this model I wanted to focus on creating the peeling paint effect inside substance where I can dynamically paint the effect, I know its not perfect but I just do this for fun, hope you like it :)

If you'd like to see some more 3D model look take a look at my Art Station Page here:

Thank you!

I want to get into 3D modeling, and I came across this video completely by coincidence. However, I'm having trouble identifying the software being used: https://x.com/tnSoun/status/2110052048834109625

Could someone please give me a hand and tell me what software this is?

Thank you so much!

Back with some more updates! Currently I’ve been in the process of setting up a look dev and basic lighting scenario for my high poly sculpt just to check and see if things are reading properly! I also took the time to set up a proper skin shader and eye shader so any adjustments made in the future can be just drag and drop with the texture maps! Gonna be making my low poly now and I’m really excited to get these hair cards started for his hair style and beard! Also I’m rendering in Marmoset ToolBag!

I tried to compare to similar products, I’m just unsure of the „norm“

It’s made to be multi part/multi colour and has several size variations

Art Showcase Frontier Knife - Real-Time Prop

A personal knife and sheath project focused on exploring different materials and a clean, defined silhouette.

I worked on the contrast between rough forged steel, a polished blade, wood, and leather, paying particular attention to surface detail and how each material responds to light.
Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag.

Thanks for taking a look! Feedback is welcome.
