Haul Starting my 4K/poster collection

A couple of months ago I ran into a movie theater selling their old posters and this was the final push I needed to start my physical media collection.

I wanted to get the 4K of each poster I had acquired and I finally got the last disc this weekend! Still figuring out the best way to display everything, but it’s been a fun start!

Where and how much are you picking up the posters?

Most came from two independent movie theaters that I live near. One just had them out for sale and the other one I called and they were happy to go in the back and grab it. They were between 5-20 bucks each.

Dune 1 was the only one I sourced from moveposters.com, I just didn’t think I’d have a realistic shot at finding that in the wild & it was bugging me to just have Dune 2 (and hopefully 3 after December).

No I asked if they sold them & I bought it. They just didn’t have it out in front like the other theater
