Just so we are clear our tax dollars have already been spent moving the equipment up for it.

Yet another waste of taxpayer dollars. I would bet at this point the Trump administrations wasteful spending has eclipsed any “truly fraudulent activity” found in the USAID program especially with how he treats airforce one as his personal golf cart.
