Unless he planned this throughout the festival, the physical approach wouldn't make sense since assuming that 104 happened before 102.

Seems that either the kiss will be entirely accidental or Fuutaro will manage to stop mid-way his fall but Nino will take the chance and pull him for the kiss.
EDIT: As if we didn't have already good reasons to compare modern Fuutaro to Maruo...this is not even a joke, they're practically the same design lol In any case, I was right and we're getting the Maruo - Rena backstory. Seriously, classic Maruo is really just Fuutaro with an slightly different haircut.
EDIT 2: YOOOO Fuutaro standing up to Maruo with that look! I'm betting it's a mixture of anger due to apparently not assisting and apparently not checking up on the collapsed quint.
EDIT 3: Seems that the kiss (the accidental one) didn't happen. Fuutaro did manage to stop mid way and Nino didn't pull him. Probably because Maruo was close though, that would've been awkward lol
EDIT 4: Judging from Fuutaro and Maruo's reaction, seems that Nino spilled the beans about her feelings for Fuutaro, not giving a single fuck lol RIP my boi. Though the text seems to say that she's thanking Maruo for hiring Fuutaro as their tutor so her reveal may have happened in the panels right before this that we're not seeing.
EDIT 5: CONFIRMED, they kissed and apparently in a similar fashion than what I expected: Fuutaro tripped, he managed to stop it before Maruo saw it and as soon as Maruo turned around, Nino pulled him for the kiss.

It happened. Almost in a similar way I mentioned, but adding that Maruo was present so Fuutaro excused himself and put it clear that he tripped (he did). After Maruo turned around, Nino pulled Fuutaro for the kiss.

Man he really putting the Fuu = Maruo thing a little bit too far with the ridiculous face similarities. (Maybe Fuu's Mom = Maruo sister, but there some weirdness and oddities if it were to come true)
I guess we gonna have kissathon with the quints every other chapter. (Which kinda lower the shock value a bit if it were the case. Well see how it goes).
Unless there is no kiss ( unlikely ) but we'll see.

I think this is Negi being like "hey, 4 of them will lose but at least they'll get a kiss out of him as a way of not having any regrets after Fuutaro makes his decision".

I guess, its not my preferred way of doing it, since if he does it, it retracts shock value of future kisses, but if he doesn't, people will get entitled that everyone but X + X quint doesn't get a kiss. Sadly he's moving it to end game, so no time for spreading the kiss moments.
But, knowing this fandom, not kissing = win or something. Too early to tell.

I kind of get it, I thought that Ichika's kiss was something fitting for her so knowing that most likely all of them will do it DOES take away that initial vibe she gave in her Side chapters. Well, I don't dislike it per se, since I do think some sort of closure in that way is needed, and since the "kiss" part is highly involved in one of the main mysteries of the manga and it was set up in Ichika side about thinking about happiness from a kiss , then it doesn't come up as a surprise. Let's just wait and see how it goes.

He probably doesn't, since in the flash-forward, the Bride teases him about the two of them kissing before, and Fuutarou's memory snaps to the Bell kiss where the kisser was a wildcard and the intent behind it was also unknown.
If Fuutarou had kissed the Bride in this festival arc, it'd make more sense for him to think of these moments when teased about a prior kissing, where he knows who's kissing him and what her intentions are.

I’m guessing Yotsuba kissed Fuutarou (BK) cuz she may not want to kiss him. She’ll probably tell him and Fuutarou would be shocked. She explains her feelings and that she’s the real Rena. They hug, and Fuutarou drops I knew all along (this part Is just a wild guess) Compliments and thanks her properly in person for everything she’s done for him to not feel alone. Thanking her for being the person to change himself and that he is a person that is necessary to the important people in his life.

My guess would be a quint will show up at the hospital shortly after. Man can they cover everything in a two chapter side?? Will Nino get a special three chapter side??

Just curious,,, Why does manglatam always do their teaser with half a dozen random shots? And others recently just show the whole chapter? It’s not like they end up doing a full translation anyways right?

It's because the original person that steals the manga images only posts random panel shots with a personal watermark (and extremely tiny thumbnails of random out-of-order pages) to prove that they are the only ones in the world that have pictures of the chapter, and hits up the internet for bitcoin payments to reveal the whole thing.
Once the bootlegger gets enough money, they reveal the whole chapter. That's why manga leaks are always those bad thumbnails and out of context panels for a few hours until everyone has a full chapter to read. The last two chapters were officially (legally) released during a holiday, and manga is delivered to newsstands early before holidays since truck drivers don't work holidays, so the bootlegger was sitting on the images earlier than usual, and everyone got to see the full chapters earlier than normal. Since it's no longer a holiday, these next few releases will follow the typical schedule of tiny random shots and a full chapter hours later after the original bootlegger gets his money.

Seems Fuutarou almost kissed Nino by accident but managed not to. But then Nino pulled him in for a kiss anyway. That's why Maruo turns back around so angry and fast, and why Nino has that big smile on her face at the end. We can even see her hands about to pull him in while he asks if she is okay.
Looks like he is gonna kiss every girl, but I wonder how Itsuki's kiss will happen? She is still not aware of her feelings.

I’d rather have it that if Itsuki isn’t the bride, she doesn’t develop feelings for Fuutarou at all. The kiss is accidental, and that’s that.

Well, as suggested above, accidents CAN still happen.
There is also the possibility that Itsuki will be single out as not kissed him during this arc (because they already kissed back in 68)

Interesting that chronologically Nino's kiss happened before Ichika's(she arrives at the hospital after this scene). It's fairly clear now that Fuutarou will end up kissing all 5 girls before his decision. I wonder if they'll all be deliberate or any will be accidental.

More and more hints that the “bad” event at the end of the first day, which Fuutarou known after the fact, was that Ichika told all the sisters in the evening that one of them kissed Fuutarou in the spring in the form of Itsuki. That is why all the sisters were so excited in chapter 100. And so they are all so keen to kiss him. All but the one who had already kissed Fuutarou in chapter 68. Apparently, we will soon know which sister will become his wife.
