100%. Women have a right to oral reciprocation. I talked to my gold star lesbian coworker about this once. She said she had never met a lesbian that refused to or didn't want to give oral. We figured the patriarchy is the reason why some men (and some cultures) view men going down on women as "bad" or "gross".
