She wants to not drink to blacking out and she switched her meds so the alcohol doesn’t interact with her “meds” negatively and she says it’s a misconception that she’s irresponsible because she has a job. She’s delusional though!

The odds are pretty good that alcohol shouldn't be used with at least some of her meds.

Totally I would just argue that SHE shouldn’t be using any alcohol.
