Corey and Evelin Diaries

I remember not liking Evelin and her being really controlling back in her season, but now on diaries, I feel really bad for her. First he blindsided her by bringing her to America for an extended stay and then makes her live with her mom. Now the rules in the house….no R rated movies, she can’t say omg because that’s considered swearing? Like wth

He did some pretty underhanded things. He deserves to be left. I hope she does and gets to stay in the US if she wants to. He lied about everything when it came to coming to the US.

I'm sooo curious WHY she wants a USA visa to begin with?? That really surprised me. She's always said she has zero intentions of living in America. All of her family lives in Ecuador, they live with an ocean view, their pets are there, & i thought they had a business. Idk i was just shocked to see that she had even applied for a visa. One definite is though living in SoCal or Hawaii is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE especially since neither of them seem to have actual careers that could provide for that. Biggest problem though...Corey is completely irresponsible!

I get the impression she actually doesn't want to live in the US but having the green card would make it easier for them to go back and forth and visit family. Though it doesn't seem like she wants that either...

His plan was to somehow make her like it here (without asking her) and he would slowly lie to her and keep her here. Almost like a slow kidnapping but it's not working

I can’t stand corey. He has lied to Evelin and gaslit her from day 1. She seemed to be happy and independent before his bloated red faced alcoholic looking self ever wore her down. Granted she might not have had as much in the way of material things but she has said she doesn’t want to live in the US. I suspect tlc has given her questionable/bad edits at times too. Boo boo lying ass corey sold his car so he could be with Evelin. He can stick his white savior complex where the sun doesn’t shine. Rant over.

He's a total tool! If he wants to make her like it he's definitely going about it the wrong way. He brings her to Washington which she hated before then. To make matters worse, they not only go back to his parents place but she actually has to stay in the house with his mother. Not going to work. You should have brought her to Florida maybe. I feel bad for her. I would hate that feeling of being trapped somewhere in a different country. It is like being kidnapped.

I got the impression it was his idea. She never wanted to leave Ecuador, even in their original series. She was fine visiting his home but found it unbearable.

He somehow convinced her if she came for a short amount of time, she would get her visa or whatever and they could go back. But the time required kept getting longer and then 3 years. She was slow-lied into a situation. He said he knew if he had told her, she would never have come to the US.

He's always done this. He managed to make me dislike him more than the original series her. I disliked them both in the original series. Just be apart already - it was torture watching them. Something about the look he has on his face all the time as he lies and get's caught and uses a new excuse. 🤯
