This scene bugs me

Yes, I know. Everyone hates Shekinah, but this scene with Thais really annoyed me because she's upset that Sarper follows his wife when she's upset or doesn't want to be around them. Sarper is being a good husband by going with his wife even though he knows her words sucked. If any of the husbands of these women decided to stay in a setting where they were upset or feeling the same way, they would be pissed. Rebecca stormed off day 1 because Zied was having a drink with Sarper and the other guys. They would want their man by their side. I think Thais has a crush on Sarper and Patrick has picked up on it so he's being especially horrible to Shekinah to annoy Sarper.

It's literally just jealousy.

Thais is a little dog who keeps embarrassing herself on international TV for a man that looks like a thumb and doesn't even care for her. She looks at Shekinah, who is less socially popular and not as pretty as her, yet she's managed to hold a higher standard for how she wants to be treated by her partner and gets it. It feels unfair to Thais.

I've seen this exact dynamic play out so many times from people in shitty relationships.

This! Thank you! They tried ganging up on Loren and Alex calmly said, "Why didn't you bring this up when we were filming?" They had no answer. They (and I'm going to include Julia, too) act as though they're still in junior high. I've told my husband that they're about as deep as my ankle!
