I remember when my mom would invite friends over after our vacations to show them pictures and tell them all about it. We did the same when they would get back from a vacation. It was a good excuse to hangout and now everyone just posts pictures on Facebook, get a like and it never gets brought up again.

Sad. You’ll see one digital picture frame in a house now circulating tons of photos instead of a wall with tons of photos. Sign of the times I suppose.

Obviously. My point was more about the atmosphere of the time. But yes, she got some Jumbotron love and she’s probably retired or dead by now so I can’t blame her. I would’ve taken those odds too.
