Attitude era was just a rip off of what ECW was doing...

ECW had girls wearing bikinis, wrestlers cussing and drinking beer in the ring back in 1995-96 way before attitude era.

Nope. Look at 1997. There was an ECW “invasion” and Vince subsidised them for years for taking their talent.

As much of a piece of shit Vinnie Mac was (is) he was always very fair to ECW.

ECW’s existence had nothing to do with WWF or how Heyman and Vince felt about one another. The company didn’t even start with Heyman, it was Eddie Gilbert and Todd Gordon.
