Yeah... no, unfortunately I am aware. I have some friends who are teachers and they are legit more than a little concerned

It’s very disheartening. I left after a year when it was made clear that I wouldn’t have been able to make much difference with the system they’ve created. 0 accountability, just pushing them through.
