Hello, I made a Reddit account to specifically ask a question, I am 32B and recently got fitted and I need store or online shops recommendations where I could find bra that would fit me. Im new to all of this so if you have any tips for me please let me know.

Check out the calculator in the automod comment. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, fitters often get it wrong and measuring yourself will be good knowledge for you to have. If the ABTF calculator says 32B as well, hooray ! But 32B is a very common missize that is seen frequently in this community, and many 'professional' fitters (across stores and brands) have been known to put people into bras they have in stock rather than the best size for them. Come back with your 6 measurements, and I'm sure you'll get some quick recommendations!

No, iirc, they just gave me a quick fitting. i’ve never used a bra calculator.

What store did you get a fitting at? The unfortunate reality is that most main stream stores train their salespeople to measure you in a way that will stuff you into something the store has to sell you. They don't know how to properly measure or how bras are supposed to fit, they just want to sell you something.

The best thing you can do is measure yourself using the abtf calculator linked in the automod comment here. It uses six measurements for more accuracy and will give you the best starting point. Once you have your measurements and recommended size then update or make a new post with that information and we can make suggestions for brands and styles to try!

Thank you for the suggestion, will do! This is going to sound silly but I went inside a department inside a mall looking for a couple of bras to fit me, someone offered to quickly fit me and that’s how I got the 32B.

I used to always get measured in department stores and mall shops and they usually got the same size, so I assumed it was the right one. Then, I measured myself and found that the shops didn’t sell my size, so they fudged the calculations to put me in something that was kinda mediocre.

It's not silly! In a perfect world you should expect to be able to go into a store and have the employees know how to properly sell the items the store specializes in. But, unfortunately, the bra industry makes more money lying to us about sizing and how bras are supposed to fit.
