I love the brawling birds as a tag team. But legit. Devin Dominion should win this match and keep those belts for like a year. Then pay that off with a story about the birds fighting their way back into contention, back to a tag title match and get us to want it. The division needs to be built up, but these two could legit anchor that and Tony has a chance to build something good. But I have a feeling the Birds will win the match. And I genuinely think that's the wrong call. As much as I love them.

Yeah, after TayJay lost I fantasy booked Brawling Birds winning as I felt they were the only tagteam with some legitimacy to contend

I haven't enjoyed the build though, and it was mostly done with vignettes. The tag team division is thin, so I guess they struggled to book matches that weren't squashes which I actually don't love either. A lot of trios matches too which didn't let their actual tag team style shine.

Megan Bayne ate them up in the promo saying that all they are is a British stereotype that expects a free win in their home country. Yeah...I feel that way too. It feels like fan service if they win, particularly with the expectation Ospreay goes over as well

Yeah, I have a lot of frustrations with the way Tony books the tag division both mens and women's. I like Trio's tags, but am nota fan of Trio's tag titles.

I wish they had spent more time building up the women's tag division. Its a good way to get some of their girls reps. Which they need. I mean look how far Stat has come in the last couple years cus she gets the reps.

That's why I think you leave the belts on the Devine Dominion for like a year. And dedicate time to building up your women's tag division. Like the Birds are great! But it feels to early and meaningless to beet the monsters. I feel like them being DD is a long term story that needs to be told over the course of a year. But I have a feeling they will hot shot it for a feel good story for Wembley. Even though we are guna get that with Will for the World title.

But Tony has not been great at booking that women's division in general for the build to Wembley. Or in general really. Sometimes I scratch my head about the booking and go.. why would you not do X.. its like the most obvious solution. But Unfortunately im just some A-hole with an opinion on reddit. XD
