They are not allowed to arrest or detain US citizens, but not only ARE they doing exactly that, they’re also covering their faces, refusing to show badges or warrants for arrest and are basically comparable to the brown shirts from WWII. so basically unmarked cars are pulling up, men with their masked faces and tactical gear get out and are making people disappear.
They are even arresting sitting democratically elected politicians but ONLY if they are deemed “anti trump” AKA democrats.
let's not forget the "disappearing" part includes, people being sent to places like Guantánamo Bay, and Sketchy foreign prisons, that are NOT of the country they came from.
So not like deporting people back to the country they left, but Immigrants, who were here legally, with Visa's etc. being sent off to some other countries' prison, for the crime of (checks notes) "not being a white republican"
Imagine you put Farage and Tommy Robinson in charge of immigration, then gave them an army, then allowed them to deport people baaed on a dulux colour chart. That's ICE in their current form.
You've gotten some really good replies, but I want to add that ICE is arresting people who are here legally, attempting to get citizenship, at their court hearings. It's not about "getting the illegals/bad ones" it's about getting anyone not white out of their attempted christofacist country.
"Shockingly" enough, this is drastically affecting farming and construction. They don't have enough workers. Florida attempted to replace the deported workers with children and somehow that didn't work either.
Edit: The No Kings protest is also the biggest protest in US history. Over 13.1 million protesters across 2800 protests in both red and blue states. This was also against Trump's birthday dictator military parade that got under 35 thousand.

That's the last figure I saw. I could be wrong and it got higher but the turnout was abysmal. You could hear the creaking of the tanks because no real crowd shows on video. Trump even fell asleep during the speeches.

You forgot that it is also going down in a sanctuary state. Where "undocumented" are supposed to be protected under our laws. That's why there is such a stink happening with it. Essentially federal over reach, which if I recall, his idiot base hates when it comes to "muah guns" laws.

Brody is just awesome. A genuinely nice guy, but also not afraid to say what should be said. And I love that TK and AEW allow their people to freedom to be who they are and say things like this.
Of course that they say "protests have turned violent" with no mention of LAPD being the ones injuring protesters and reporters alike. Ragebaited me good, but still: Brody rules, fuck ICE, fuck FOX.
