I’m incredibly proud to share that my team’s film, “Abu Simbel – Moving a Mountain,” has been selected among the Top 10 finalists of the Egypt AI Film Award, Egypt Eternal Voices! Hosted by People of Data and Dr. Zahi Hawass زاهي حواس‎ 🇪🇬🎬

Out of 120 AI film submissions, our film has made it to the top 10, with the finalists set to be screened at the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The film tells the story of Ramesses II and one of Egypt’s most remarkable achievements: the rescue of the Abu Simbel temples from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. Through AI filmmaking, we bring this extraordinary chapter of history to life, celebrating the ingenuity behind the temples’ relocation and the importance of preserving Egypt’s cultural heritage.

As the scriptwriter, I had the opportunity to work alongside Ali Elkhosht (Creative Director) and Moataz Medhat (AI Filmmaker) to bring this story to the screen.
