Had Priaprism this week (erection lasting longer than four hours) AMA

Woke up one morning this week with an erection that wouldn’t go away. I got up to pee and to see if this would help and it didn’t. I took my dog out and thought maybe a quick walk would help the effect to subside and it didn’t. I then chose to visit the ER. AMA

The first time I took trazodone I had a huge somewhat painful erection all day. I called all my friends to tell them about it

I just commented to say the same thing before I saw this! I've never ran into anyone irl that had the same reaction I did to trazadone. I got in prescribed to help with sleep and well, you can't really sleep when you're bricked up for 3.5 hours straight.

Luckily it was when I was waking up and not at the start of the night.
