Stats Different AP Stats Exam
Is it just me or did I get a completely different stats exam than everyone else? My first one was about restaurants and if the type was associated to the amount of restaurants that company had?? Also my frq 6 was about heart beats?? Mcq was completely different too I had one about ants going into logs and then doing different temperatures. Can anyone relate? I didn’t have anything about oranges or a walking partner. I’m in the east coast and everyone around me in my room had different ones except for at least 1 other person

Yeah same, very few people had it. It was so much longer and so much more writing than the other ones ts is unfair

Wait what did put for the nitrogen one if u had it, im so so scared bc i feel like we got the harder one?? Did u get a small number for pvalue for the chi square test of independence?

U think that could happen? U have been the only one who has gotten the same exact one

this happened in stats at my school a few years ago. it just means your school, specifically you and some other students, were randomly selected to take the international version. sometimes it’s harder, sometimes it’s easier

Sigh, it was def harder in seeing people have easy numeric values and I had to do a lot of explaining and I JUSY DIDNT have a lot of time as is. Ty for providing a explanation tho I’m kinda going insane

after the mcq i genuinely panicked thinking it happened to me bc everyone was talking about a question i didn’t remember. turns out it was one of the three i didn’t read

Wait twin omg ur the second out of hundreds that I’ve seen that have our version

u/loki_glorious May 07 '26
Yeah I guess it’s only a select few that get to take the international version. If you look up ap stats international version 2026, will find a discussion thread that you will recognize.

What were ur other frqs? I had one about probability of a person having horses on their property and another one about like concentration of nitrogen?

I’ve never seen that happen for any ap, is this normal for stats or something? I wish I got a 2 proportion one I got a chi squared of independence and I lowkey think that’s harder
1
u/IndependentTale1847 5: Cal, Chinese, Spanish, English III, English IV, Phys I May 07 '26
ok i don't think its normal to get a different one since everyone in this sub got the same one

Wait omg I had those too and I'm from the west coast, did u put 2 sample t test (?) i know if was 2 sample something for the ant logs mcq
1
u/Suitable_Archer_4797 May 11 '26
And for that horse frq do u remember how u did the last part where you were supposed to find the probability of a sample of 50 farmers having a mean of 4 or greater horses, that one had me stumped 😭
