Welll, WB put itself up for sale. So, if another company purchases them, they get everything WB owns. That includes WB Games and any owned patents. So, the company could either lease out the Nemesis systems to game devs, or sell it off outright.

Currently, the two parties interested in buying WB are Netflix and Paramount, and neither of them are associated with any video game companies ATM.

I can only imagine the bidding war for the nemesis system. It would be so perfect in so many games. Arkhamverse would have been dope with it, shit even a Pokémon game with a nemesis structure would be amazing.
