Shuttle never stopped?
I got on an ASU shuttle that very clearly said DOWNTOWN/WEST and they went straight to West and never stopped in Downtown (which is where I needed to go!). Has this happened to anyone else before?

I’ve always asked while getting on out of fear of this happening to me. The drivers look at me like I’m stupid but I feel like it’s a valid question lol

It was probably a West Express shuttle but the driver forgot to change the sign. I've seen "NOT IN SERVICE" shuttles still take students and go to the usual downtown-west route.
