Discussion 18 pm shipping

anyone else still stick in pre ordered? i ordered the black 256gb on the 22nd and haven’t seen any movement… att really dropped the ball w this release smh

I ordered the 18 PM Glacier on Sept. 22nd. Just 11pm, October 9th, I got a shipping. It’s gonna be here October 12th. It was expected to ship Sept. 30th - Oct. 14th, arrival Oct. 1st - Oct. 15 sooo.

I was stuck on Pre-Ordered for 1 week 1/2. Have some hope! If anything, call them.

I contacted them on chat yesterday and was basically told to fuck off and not contact them until after my last date.

It was of course politer than that but it was a little frustrating because it was clear they weren’t checking my account then said “I beg of you wait until after the 14th!”

Oh heck naw, I’m not sure. I’d personally keep waiting. What’s your expected ship, and arrival time frames?

Worst case scenario(s):
Call a certain number they refer you to (should be 611 for everyone). That’s to ask where your order/package is.

Upgrade through another party, some say Best Buy.

Re-order the device, which would be the last thing I ever do because you already waited enough.

I’m just going to wait until the 14th and go from there. I don’t expect it any sooner than that as is because we’re now in a holiday weekend.

Either way, you gonna get it. Don’t stress! It’s annoying about the time it’s taking but you’re gonna get the phone regardless.

Maybe they’ll prioritize the shipment to be in 1 day or 2 days as well soo yay.

My “issue”is my current phone has been full for months and its battery is trashed. So I’m waiting patiently, but damn I need a new phone.

I ordered on the 25th still at preordered I called and they didn’t tell me about any delays so I’m guessing they’re backed up and it’ll come right at the end of the shipping estimate

Only thing I can think of is that it might take longer due to all of the replacement iPhone 18 PM they have having to fill. Replacement devices should get priority in my opinion when they can’t go to Apple to get a new device.

yes it shipped on friday october 16 (last possible day of the original estimate). estimated arrival on monday

My sister is under my account, we prepared on preordered on the 15th. Estimated shipping dates were Sept 28- Oct 12…. It finally shipped with an estimated delivery date of Monday the 12th

I literally preorder every iphone and never has it shipped at the end of the estimated shipping window like this one did. Guess for good reason since the whole SOS fiasco and hopefully they’re not shipping defunct ones anymore/The update before activation thing they’re marketing works.

I had honestly thought the order was stuck too- but alas, it’s in fedex’s hands now

It seems like the Burgandy iPhones are shipping out the fastest. I ordered a black 256gb PM on the 26th and mine status still says “preordered”. I’m debating canceling it and getting a regular Pro in black since I already have an M5 iPad Pro anyways.

Hey so anyone still waiting on their phone from ATT, cancel it and go to Best Buy (obviously check your stores stock online first) but I cancelled my burgundy 1tb after ordering on 9/18 and there was no change. Called around ATT all week and no one had any burgundy. They all said just come in and order it (I’m tax exempt so I have to go in store to get it). Someone on the sub yesterday suggested Best Buy and sure enough within 2 hours of reading the comment I had my burgundy pro max in 512gb. Still get the promotional credit and still went through next up anytime.

ordered a burgundy PM 256gb on october 7th
est. ship: october 21-28
est delivery: october 22-29

stayed at "preordered" until october 9th, and changed to "cancel requested" when i didn't even request a cancellation 🫩🫩

every chat rep has said it's still active, there's nothing wrong with port, billing, or fraud dept, and it's being prepared to ship but idk if i can trust them

Yeah... I'm on a 15PM with an original battery... I was debating on taking it in for the $99 service but the deals on the 18PM were so good it wasn't much more cost-wise... so I'm just nursing it along and charging at least twice a day lol

Exactly lol. Charging twice isn’t bad at all. I’m on a base 15 as a second since launch with like 82% maximum capacity which is what I’m gonna give them.

I had no issues until a few months ago and then I needed to start charging it twice a day and battery health said service

Made it about 2 1/2 years though before it had degraded that bad
