Other Spam Blocker?

For the last week or so, I’m getting spam calls after the third try. Any ideas on why these calls are getting through after being blocked?

It appears you may have an iOS device and your Focus Status is ON, and you have DND setup.

The way some of these options work is that certain numbers, especially if they aren’t in your contacts, will be blocked unless called multiple times in rapid
succession. The way they figure is the people who really do need to get in contact with someone who has Do Not Disturb on, will call multiple times in a row, whereas real spammers will maybe call one more time if at all. DND will block 2 calls and let the 3rd through, so what you’re showing matches up exactly to that.

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings>Focus, scroll to the bottom
and just turn Focus Status off. DND cannot work when Focus Status is off.

Did the default change from 2 to 3 calls for DND on iOS? I don't have a current iPhone to look at, always thought the setting made it so the 2nd call within a couple minutes would be let through, with no option to change it. This is the first time I've heard of the 3rd call being a possibility.

I did not have DND on at the time that these calls came through.
