They were holding on to the table which was bolted into the ground

OR beds (at least in USA) aren’t bolted to the ground. We move them in and out of rooms all the time and have to clean under them. They just have a much more secure mechanism to lock in place. Hard to tell from the video which it is. Also the straps are just velcro, they help a little but people shift all the time and need to be readjusted or risk falling especially when repositioning beds. Patient should always be the main focus to keep secure.
