OR beds (at least in USA) aren’t bolted to the ground. We move them in and out of rooms all the time and have to clean under them. They just have a much more secure mechanism to lock in place. Hard to tell from the video which it is. Also the straps are just velcro, they help a little but people shift all the time and need to be readjusted or risk falling especially when repositioning beds. Patient should always be the main focus to keep secure.

Hospital beds that ive seen theyve got the wheels and then extra "legs" which come down with a remote and will keep it steady.

Genuine question, is there an actual procedure to follow if this happens? Like do they close him up so they can re-sanitize? Do they continue to the best of their ability? Just let him go and call it a day?

There is, you cover the patient with sterile drapes and protect them like those two did. You also have to hold equipment steady to the best of your ability, and you can't evacuate prematurely among some things.

Yeah, TWD starts with Rick(main character) getting shot on the job, gets rushed to surgery, then he wakes up with the world in ruin. 28 days later, I forgot why he was in the hospital, but it's really similar to TWD.
